Rehearse: Hard Conversations - last updated 4 September 2026

Rehearse lets you practise difficult workplace conversations out loud against an AI counterpart, then gives you a debrief. If something is not working, or you have a question this page does not answer, email nguyenminhduc.dev@gmail.com and you will get a reply within a few days.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Rehearse has no sign-up and no login. Nothing you practise is tied to your name.

How many rehearsals can I do for free?

Three a day. The counter resets daily. Pro removes the cap and unlocks the custom scenario builder, the full scenario library, and the debrief.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Pro screen in the app and choose Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so this works on a new device or after reinstalling.

How do I cancel Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

The counterpart stopped replying, or a session failed to start.

Rehearsals need a network connection. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, email us and say roughly when it happened so the failure can be traced.

Can I change the language?

Yes. Rehearse is available in 17 languages; choose one in Settings. Scenarios and the debrief follow the language you pick.

Something the AI said was offensive. What do I do?

Report it. There is a Report control on the debrief and on any scenario you generated yourself; pick a reason and send. We read what comes in and reply within a few days.

How do I remove a scenario I wrote?

Open it in your list and choose Delete. It goes from the device and from our server both.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app discards the random installation identifier and everything stored on the device. To have anything held server-side removed sooner than its normal expiry, email us.

Content rules

Rehearse exists for difficult workplace conversations, so blunt, angry, and uncomfortable material is expected and welcome. What is not permitted, and what we have no tolerance for, is sexual content, content involving minors, hatred or harassment aimed at a group, threats of real violence, and using the scenario builder to make the model produce any of those. Descriptions you submit to the builder are screened before a scenario is generated, and anything that slips through can be reported from inside the app. Reported content is reviewed, and scenarios that break these rules are removed.

Nothing you write in Rehearse is shown to another user. There is no account, no profile, no feed, and no way to send anything to anyone - so there is no one here to block, and no one who can see what you rehearse.
